What do I receive after payment?
Your workflow files and a personal license key to activate your account on webpanel.10sorlabs.com. You also receive access to documentation, video tutorials, the customer Discord, personal support and future toolkit updates.
Do I need ComfyUI experience?
No. Follow the setup tutorials and start with the control panel. If you want to work directly with nodes, the original ComfyUI workflows are included too.
Does this work on a Mac?
Yes, using a cloud GPU through RunPod. Your Mac accesses the panel in a browser; the GPU work runs in the cloud. Local NVIDIA generation is not available on a Mac.
Does this work on Windows?
Yes. Use your own compatible NVIDIA GPU, or run the workflows on a cloud GPU through RunPod.
Do I need an NVIDIA GPU?
For local use, you need a compatible NVIDIA GPU with enough VRAM for the workflow. If you do not have one, use a cloud GPU instead.
Can I use RunPod?
Yes. RunPod setup and usage are covered in the guides. You can choose local or cloud use depending on your hardware and workflow.
Are RunPod costs included?
No. RunPod bills you separately for GPU usage and any other provider charges, such as storage. Check its current pricing before starting a pod.
Can I use the output commercially?
You may use your generated output commercially. The included 10sorlabs workflow files are licensed for your own use and cannot be shared or resold.
Can I share or resell the workflows?
No. Your access and the workflow files are for your own use. Redistribution or resale of the 10sorlabs workflows is not allowed.
Do I receive future updates?
Yes. Future toolkit updates are included with your existing access.
What support is included?
Personal 1-on-1 support through the customer Discord, with dedicated helpers for setup and workflow questions. Priority support is included.
Can I use the workflows without the control panel?
Yes. The original workflow files work directly in ComfyUI. The panel is an extra interface, not a requirement for using the files.
Is this a subscription?
No. The 10sorlabs toolkit is a one-time purchase. Optional external cloud GPU services have their own separate usage charges.
What other software or services do I need?
You need ComfyUI, the models and dependencies listed in the documentation, and a suitable GPU. That can be your own compatible NVIDIA GPU or a cloud GPU. Setup steps and download links are included.

I started 10sorlabs because I was tired of seeing AI gurus charge $300+ for courses and workflows, then disappear when their customers needed help.
