1. Digital Products – All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products (including but not limited to downloadable files, templates, guides, software, digital artwork, and other digital content), all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and access has been granted.

 


 

2. 30-Day Refund Window – Conditional

10sorLabs offers a limited 30-day refund window measured strictly from the date of purchase. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be considered under any circumstances. This is not a satisfaction guarantee or a free trial period.

All refund requests require documented proof of the issue. Simply stating that a problem exists is not sufficient. Visual evidence (such as screenshots or screen recordings) along with a clear explanation of the issue is required before any refund request will be reviewed.

 


 

3. Qualifying Conditions for a Refund

A refund may be approved only under the following conditions, each requiring supporting proof:

  • Platform inaccessibility – You are unable to access the platform after purchase, and you have provided visual proof (screenshot or screen recording) along with a clear explanation of the error or barrier preventing access.

  • Broken or missing content – Specific content within the platform is non-functional or missing, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe after being reported.

  • Duplicate or erroneous charge – You were billed more than once for the same product, or charged for a product you did not purchase, supported by proof of the transaction(s).

  • Product materially misrepresented – What you received access to is substantially and demonstrably different from what was described on the sales page at the time of purchase.

  • 1-on-1 support failure – 10sorLabs offers personal 1-on-1 support with a 2-hour response window. If a support request goes unaddressed beyond a reasonable period and the issue remains unresolved as a direct result, this may be considered as a qualifying factor alongside another eligible condition.


 


 

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for any of the following:

  • Change of mind or no longer wanting the product.

  • Finding the content too difficult, too advanced, or not what you expected.

  • Lack of time to use the product.

  • Failure to read the product description prior to purchase.

  • Incompatibility with your device or software, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

  • Claims that the product did not meet personal expectations.

  • Purchasing by mistake (unless a duplicate charge occurred due to a system error).

 


 

5. Why Refunds Are Restricted

10sorLabs offers a web-based tutorial platform. Once access is granted, content can be viewed and retained immediately. Because we cannot verify whether content has been consumed after a refund request is made, refunds are only possible in objectively verifiable cases of error on our part.

 


 

6. Support & Technical Assistance

If you experience any issues accessing your content, please reach out before initiating any dispute. We are happy to help resolve technical problems.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting 10sorLabs may be flagged as fraudulent. Please contact us directly so we can resolve any issue before escalating to your payment provider.
